1. DELIVERY TERMS

Free delivery on mattress, building with elevators and parking within 100m.

All Other items: 3% of sale price on all orders with elevators and parking within 100m. Min HK$60 for postage and HK$100 apply for hand delivery of small item and HK$150 apply for furniture items. 

Stairs and uphill extra, please contact to confirm rate.

Outer Island require special arrangement, please contact us for more details to fit your needs.

Customer specific time delivery is on best effort basis.

Customer is reminded to make sure delivery is possible  in elevator/ stairs.  Customer agreed to pay extra cost incurred at cost for special delivery issue. No refund if item cannot be delivered.

2. When arrive

Delivery within 7 working days. 

In normal, we deliver much faster. Contact us for your specific needs. We will best help! :)

Backorder for mattresses may require 6 weeks.

3. Other charges

No Lift (up to 3/Floor) ~ HK$100 per floor
No Lift (4/Floor and above) ~ Subject to quotation
Via Balconies ~ Subject to quotation

4. Temporary Storage

Free of Charge for first 45 days

HK$100 per item per month thereafter (less than 30 calendar days count as 1 month)

If Storage period exceeded 3 months (3% per day of total net amount of relevant invoice chargeable at a daily basis).

BeddingShop.com reserves the right for any final decision and amends above terms and conditions without prior notice.

5. Mattress Dumping

HK$100 per item.

International Orders (Far East, U.S. & Europe)

I. Delivery terms

A) For big items:

Ocean Freight & insurance charges will
be advised upon specific request.

All packings are suitable for freight transportation with standard carton
boxes when applies.

B) For small items:

Small items such as gift and linens will
be sent via normal air parcel post to your
specified address.

II. When arrive

A) For big items:

Ocean freight: 30-45 days

B) For small items:

Air parcel post: 10-15 days

III. International shipping restrictions

Due to government restrictions and warranty
issues, we are not able to ship all products to all destinations.

Textiles items such as mattress, linens & cushions is not availabe to US, Europe and other restricted quota areas.

IV. Customs and Import duties info

Depending on ordering countries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be levied upon shipment arrives your country.   Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; which we have not no control over these charges and cannot estimate in advance.

Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another; please contact your local customs office for detail information.

When ordering from BeddingShop.com, you are considered buyer/importer of goods and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
