Q1. How do I order from BeddingShop.com  ?

After choosing your favorite model, kindly fill in the order form with your contact information.
Our sales staff will contact you to confirm order, preferred delivery date and time:

1. by email within 2 business days
2. by fax of sales confirmation the same day of email

Q2. How do I pay for my order ?

1. Upon receiving our sales confirmation via fax, please check information such
   as order items, delivery address and contact information on the sales confirmation,
   notify us immediately if any retification required.
2. With reference to BeddingShop.com sales confirmation, please deposit 
   crossed-cheque payable to Union Max International Limited,  HongKongBank
   account no. 474-6-024720. Remember to write your Name, Contact telephone no.
   on back of the cheque for record.
3. Fax us the bank deposit slip at (852) 2967-1301 for our notification.

Customer service department will confirm via email receipt of your deposit payment and
delivery.

Do not deposit to any banking account other than our stated account above.

Q3.  What's your delivery schedule?

Please view our delivery/shipment policies for both HK and international order details.

Following is Local (Hong Kong) delivery schedule for big items (bed, mattress, rugs, cushions):

Remarks:  1)   Delivery to most areas of Hong Kong, Kowloon and N.T. 
                  2)   Island Areas require special arrangement. 
                        Please email us for further information.
                 3)   Addition charge apply if delivery by stairs required.
                  4)   Customer specific time period for delivery could be arranged on a best
                       effort basis.

Q4.  How to order from overseas?

Same procedures as local customer, except you need to arrange Telegraphic Transfer
payment to our company bank account as follows:

1. Upon receiving our sales confirmation via fax, please check information such
   as order items, delivery address and contact information on the sales confirmation,
   notify us immediately if any retification required.
2. With reference to BeddingShop.com sales confirmation, please arrange T/T
   payable to Union Max International Limited,  HongKongBank account
   no. 004-474-6-024720.
3. Fax us the bank T/T application to (852) 2967-1301 for notification.

Customer service department will confirm via email receipt of your deposit payment and
delivery.

Do not deposit to any banking account other than our stated account above.

Freight charges will be advised.  All packing are ready for overseas shipment.

Q5. Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, cheque is preferrable to a cash deposit which provides a record at the bank.
Remember to write your Name, Contact telephone no. and model order on back of
the cheque for reference.

This ensures security by having the transaction logged at the Hongkongbank.

We currently do not offer payment by Visa/Master on the internet due to company policy.

Q7. I am first time buying on the internet, how do you guarantee my satisfaction ?

We stand behind our products with top of the market after sales service.  In addition to the 15 year warranty offered, we are probably the first to offer a 3 days exchange policy on the Vono mattress.  All manufacturer defects will be covered by the individual trademarks manufacturer.

Q8. Product warranty, guarantee and exchange policy?

Bed

Each Dico Bed comes with a manufacturer guarantee booklet - manufacturer will either repair or replace free of charge any part which becomes defective within one year of the date of purchase, due to faulty materials or poor workmanship.

Mattress

Vono and Dico Spinal Care Mattress has a 15-years limited quality warranty by the manufacturer.

Free repair and replacement is provided for any manufacturer defects during the 1st year(transportation not inclusive).  Straight depreciation will be charged from the 2nd year up
to the 15th year.  Again, this warrants against manufacturer defects only - normal wear
& tear and misuse does not apply.

Our 3-days exchange policy* is probably the first in the Mattress industry. If the size
customer ordered does not fit their bed, we allow sizes exchange within 3-days provided
the inner poly-bag is not opened. (there are two bags to protect the mattress, one outer
and one inner) Contact us for more details.

Futon

UMI Futon comes with a 7 days manufacturer warranty  - manufacturer will either repair or
replace free of charge the futon within 7 days from date of purchase due to faulty materials or
poor workmanship.

Down Comforter

Rapee Down Comforter has a 5 years quality guarantee from manufacturer defect  - manufacturer will either repair or replace free of charge the comforter from date of purchase due to faulty materials or poor workmanship.

Q9. Is it safe to buy on the Internet?

Yes.  To avoid fraud, which occurs mostly with transaction with credit cards, we only
accept cash, check and telegraphic transfer for international order. 

In any event, you are welcome to contact us with your queries 7 days a week. 
Our customer service people will provide tracking of your orders.
